I am all about ease and convenience and have designed the meal plan in a way that you don’t have to cook 3 new meals each day, in fact on most day’s you’ll just need to cook once. I also believe that healthy eating should always be delicious so while the meals are all super healthy they don’t compromise on taste.

As well as a meal plan for you to follow, I want to educate you so that you have the tools you need to keep your gut healthy going forward. For this reason I’ll be sending you daily educational emails with plenty of insightful tips and knowledge.
