+ How many meals are included?
Your 6 week meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks! PLUS you get a shopping list to go with it.
There are 13 meals per week (3x breakfasts, 3x lunches, 7x dinners), plus 2 snacks. A total of 90 recipes over the 6 weeks.
+ What if I have food sensitivities or intolerances?
The meal plan is completely gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. We do provide some alternatives in the recipes where there could be alternatives, but you can easily swap ingredients out that you either don't like or don't agree with your digestion (or skin).
+ I already eat really well, what's the difference with this program?
Shahna & Jacinta have made sure this program ticks the boxes for blood sugar friendly recipes that are also gluten, dairy and sugar free. This also just takes the burden off you needing to think about what to cook every single week. You will learn heaps of delicious tasty recipes and see how easy it is to eat nutrient dense, tasty AND skin friendly meals.
+ Does the meal plan include a breakdown of calories, carbs, fats and protein?
We do not include this information in the meal plan as our focus is more on the quality of the food, nutritional value and its metabolic response. However, please keep in mind that your individual nutritional requirements may require less/more food. We advise you to tune into your hunger signals; if you're feeling extremely hungry, tired or finding your sleep is impaired that's your call you need to add more food in. We advise that you just increase the portions of what is in a meal!
