Nourished Gut: A 3-week online program with weekly meal plans and shopping lists, over 40 nutritionally balanced recipes and daily educational emails. Designed to give your gut some love and provide you with plenty of information to support your gut health going forward. This is program delivered via emails.
Nourishing Smoothies: A recipe eBook with over 50 nutritionally balanced smoothie recipes inside. Helping you start your day the right way and packing plenty of nutrition into your breakfast smoothie.
Recipe Development: I create personalised recipes and meal plans that help make healthy eating delicious, easy and fun. Using a wholefood approach to nutrition, these recipes aim to nourish you from the inside out. I offer this service to both individuals and brands and tailor the service to your needs.
Food & Product Photography: We eat with our eyes. Having visually appealing images makes healthy eating more enticing! I provide food and product photography services for businesses and brands to help encourage your clients to try your recipes/products.

My intention in offering these products and services is to support individuals in making healthy choices, building healthy habits and taking action that supports their health.

The services offered to businesses and brands are done with the intention of helping them support their clients in living a nourished life. I only ever work with brands and businesses that align with my values and philosophies.

My Qualifications and Responsibility

I am a university qualified nutritionist, having completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine) through Endeavour College of Natural Health. Since graduating, I have had extensive experience in the industry and am passionate about supporting people on their health and wellbeing journey.

I take responsibility for continuing my research, education and keeping up to date with the latest science. I take all reasonable care and due diligence in providing you the most helpful information. I enjoy learning and am always up-levelling my skills and knowledge.

Payment Terms

When paying for services, payment can be made via Stripe or PayPal.

Payments are made in full upon purchasing the product or service. At this time, there are no payment plans available.

You can find the Stripe security information here. If you choose to save your credit card details through Stripe, it will be stored as per their security protocols.

Delivery of Products and Services

Products are available to download immediately upon purchase or sent out via email.

All 1:1 services are delivered via Zoom and a link is sent out via email prior to the appointment. 24 hours is required for all cancellations and reschedules of appointments.

Other services are delivered online, as agreed upon when making the arrangements.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for change of mind. I encourage you to carefully consider whether the purchase is right for you before making a payment.

Consumer Guarantees

If you purchase a product that comes as a PDF file and are unable to download it within the allocated timeframe, please email me and I can arrange for you to receive a copy of the file.

If you feel there is any problem with my products or services, please let me know as soon as possible. I am eager to know if something has gone wrong so that it can be resolved.

If you are unhappy with any of my products or services, please reach out and help me understand how I can improve the product or service and help it meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

I take my obligations under Australian Consumer Law Seriously and will do my best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, my liability is strictly limited to:

Replacing the goods or providing the services again; or
If I am unable to do so within reasonable time, paying the cost of having the relevant goods or services supplied to you again

I reserve the right to delete any comments on my website or social media that are rude, offensive or which I deem to be unacceptable. I always aim to be kind and supportive ask that you please do the same.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

(i) If either of us have any concerns arising out of these terms, your use of my website or my provision of products or services, we agree that we shall communicate with the intention of making a genuine effort to seek a win/win solution and resolve any dispute by negotiation and discussion.

(ii) In the event that you have a concern about my products, services or website, please email me to let me know.

(iii) All information exchanged during this negotiation process or any subsequent dispute resolution process, shall be regarded as “without prejudice” communications for the purpose of settlement negotiations and shall be treated as confidential by everyone involved and their representatives, unless otherwise required by law. However, evidence that is independently admissible or discoverable shall not be rendered inadmissible or non-discoverable by virtue of its use during the dispute resolution process.

(iv) If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, we agree to proceed to mediation with the assistance of an independent accredited mediator, seeking online dispute resolution or mediation by telephone if we are not both in Victoria Australia.

(v) The mediator is to be appointed by agreement between us or, failing agreement within 21 days of the negotiation period ending, the person initiating the dispute will seek the appointment of a dispute resolution professional by the President of the Law Society of Victoria or similar neutral authority.

(vi) We agree to share all the costs of mediation equally between us.

(vii) We agree that neither of us will commence legal action until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation have been exhausted.

(viii) Everyone involved in the dispute agrees that they will not publicly or privately disparage any other party or anyone associated with them, and will act in good faith to refrain from any conduct or communication which might reasonably be expected to interfere with any other party’s business or personal interests.

(ix) This agreement is subject to the governing law of Victoria. Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of Victoria, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
