In order to get to food freedom, there are two other key areas that we have to address.

Our mind & our body.

Healing our relationship with food, also involves healing our relationship to our body.

One of the reasons we control and restrict our food intake, is because we’re trying to control our body.
Therefore, to gain freedom around food, we have to learn to love our body and stop trying to control it.
That doesn’t mean we’re giving up on our weight release and/or body goals.
It simply means loving and appreciating it now, while working towards those goals.

  • In order to make the changes necessary for mind, body and food freedom, we need to first understand what’s happening within our body and mind.

  • Learning to healthily process our emotions is essential to overcome emotional eating. In this week we learn everything we need to know about emotions including how to somatically release them from our body.

  • Regulating our nervous systems and shifting out of survival mode is absolutely vital for optimal health and happiness. In this module I share all of the knowledge and tools to support your nervous system for good.

  • Understanding our triggers and being able to move through them makes our life so much easier and means we don’t turn to emotional eating when triggered.

  • Constantly judging ourselves, our body and our food choices can leave us feeling imprisoned. Releasing these judgements and cultivating self compassion helps set us free.

  • Did you know that the act of forgiveness has been linked with increased health? Not only that but it helps us release baggage that we’ve been carrying and continues to set us free.

  • This week we deepen into loving ourselves, another criteria for mind body and food freedom. We celebrate ourselves for who we are and become intentional about acting and making choices from a place of self love.

  • Part of regaining control over food is understanding the link between our relationship to food and our relationship to our body. This week focuses on learning to love our body and finding gratitude for all that it does for us so that we can develop food freedom.

Having worked in the health and nutrition field for over 7 years and having showed up to help hundreds of women, I started to see a pattern. I could educate them about what to do to nourish their body, I could even share all of the behavioural change science to help them build healthy habits and while it would help them make progress, there was something missing…

 Frequently Asked Questions

 
 
  • As this is a 1:1 program, you can start anytime. Upon purchase, you will be sent a link to book in your first call and a regular day/time will then be agreed upon for the duration of the 10-weks.

  • The live portion of this program is the weekly calls, which are 60-minutes long.

    There are also weekly workbooks with action steps to implement and help you embody the teachings. I recommend setting aside around 60-minutes for this per week.

    Overall, I’d say to set aside 2-3 hours per week to allow you to make the most of the program and really embody the lessons.

  • If a different payment plan is required, please reach out to me and we can arrange that for you.

  • Mind Body Food Freedom focuses on mindset and our relationship to food, rather than the food we eat itself. My program The Real Food Way simplifies nutrition and helps you create healthy eating habits and is the perfect companion to Mind Body Food Freedom.
