THREE WEEKS TO BETTER HEALTH

Good health starts with gut health.

I have personally seen the many ways that gut health is the foundation to good health and that’s why I created my 3-week program: Nourished Gut. You aren’t what you eat, you’re what you absorb, and if your gut isn’t functioning to the best of your ability you’ll notice it in more ways than one.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Nourished Gut provides you with a 3-week meal plan and all of the educational content you need to reboot your gut health.

WHEN YOU JOIN THE NOURISHED GUT PROGRAM, YOU’LL GET:

  • Over 40 nutritionally balanced recipes

  • Weekly meal plans that you can print and keep on your fridge

  • A weekly shopping list to take along to the market or shops

  • Guidelines of what to eat and what to avoid throughout this time

  • Other holistic health principles to support your gut

  • Daily educational emails with plenty of insightful tips and advice

The meal plan is fully gluten free, and vegetarian, with vegan options for majority of the meals included.

I am all about ease and convenience and have designed the meal plan in a way that you don’t have to cook 3 new meals each day, in fact on most day’s you’ll just need to cook once. I also believe that healthy eating should always be delicious so while the meals are all super healthy they don’t compromise on taste.

That’s right, better gut health for less than the price of one consultation with me!

Working one-on-one with me to get all of this content and education would need a minimum of 3 sessions, which would be an investment of more than $440. The value here is a no-brainer and I’ve tried to make this as accessible to everyone as possible. I want everyone to experience the benefits of good gut health.

You can’t put a price on health. Empowering yourself with the knowledge and tools to support your health long term is invaluable and I’d love to help you with that.

“I firstly wanted to say, I loved the recipes! It’s amazing how when you eat proper whole food, how much fuller you get. Like the Shepard’s pie filled me to the brim! Honestly, it’s all so delicious. I’m super happy, because I’ve tried to find something like this and I’ve done a few in my time, and yours has by far been the easiest and most stress free. It’s awesome because tomorrow my meals are done until dinner. It’s perfect, the shopping list was so good as well. Honestly changed my life yesterday.”

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Nourished Gut can be started at anytime. As the meal plans are designed to kick off on a Monday, I’ll send you an email to check which week you’d like to get started. I generally start sending the emails from the Friday before you start so you receive all of the guidelines and the first week’s meal plan with plenty of time to get prepared for the week ahead.

  • The entire 3 week program is delivered via email, which means you don’t have to be signed up to any software or remember any passwords for a log in area. You’ll receive the meal plan, shopping list and recipes as PDF documents that you can download and print out.

  • The meal plan is designed to be vegetarian as plant based items are packed full of fibre, which is so important for gut heath. In saying that, good quality meat and/or fish is definitely able to be incorporated. If you would like to swap some of the vegetarian protein sources for meat or fish of your choice, you are more than welcome to do so! For the purpose of this program, my advice would be to limit red meat to 3x per week, white meat to 4x per week and fish to 3x per week. A serving size of meat or fish would be a palm sized portion. If you’d like more support swapping meat and fish into the meals, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
