2020 Book Round Up
Those who know me know that I’m a bookworm and reading is something I love to incorporate into my days!
While you’d expect 2020 to be a year where extra reading was done with all the time in lockdown (especially here in Melbourne), I surprisingly read less than I would have liked to. In saying that, I did manage to get through 14 amazing books and make good progress on another 8. Does anyone else have the habit of reading multiple books at a time?! Something to work on in 2021, where I aim to finish the book I’m reading before starting another.
Without further adieu, here were the books that I read and started over the year that was 2020.

About
With over 5 years of experience in the nutrition and natural health industry, I’ve seen time and time again that health doesn’t have to be hard or complicated. It’s all about coming back to the basics, focusing on eating real foods, building healthy habits and getting our mindset right.
