2019 Book Round Up
This past year I set myself a goal to read at least 1 book a month and I’m happy to say that I succeeded. With the help of my online book club (Nourished Book Club), and my own personal reading, I’ve managed to read a total of 15 books in 2019, one of which isn’t pictured here.
Here’s a full list of the books I’ve read this past year:
Gut by Giulia Enders
Daring Greatly by Brene Brown
Spark by John J. Ratey
Open Wide by Melissa Ambrosini
Stress Less, Accomplish More by Emily Fletcher
Everything is Figureoutable by Marie Forleo
Winging It by Emma Isaacs
Man’s Search for Meaning by Victor E. Frankl
Tools of Titans by Timothy Ferriss
Code of the Extraordinary Mind by Vishen Lakhiani
Creative Dreaming by Patricia Garfield
Chaos to Calm by Shannah Kennedy & Lyndall Mitchell
Super Attractor by Gabrielle Bernstein
You Can Heal Your Life by Louise L. Hay
The Alchemist by Paolo Coelho
Some of these were re-reads, some were brand new, others were books I’ve had on my reading list forever and finally got around to ticking off. The topics were a combination of personal development, health, exercise, meditation, relationships, self help and mindset and they were all incredibly insightful.
As part of Nourished Book Club, we started in June and read the first 6 books on the list. I’m looking forward to the next 12 that we’ll be reading in 2020, starting with Your Dream Life Starts Here by Kristina Karlsson.
My 2020 reading goal is to read 2 books per month! Here’s to another year of learning.
