To get there, we dive into the inner work. Getting to know yourself on a deeper level than ever before. Cultivating a sense of self love and reverence for yourself and your beautiful body.

EMBODIED HEALTH

So often we focus on physical health (eating, drinking, moving, sleeping) which is all super important, but if we have underlying blocks within our mindset, mental health and/or emotional health, it’s harder to truly embody health.

Generally, we know what we need to do to be healthy, but we still don’t do it.

We know we need to eat well, move our body, prioritise sleep and look after ourselves, so why can’t we get ourselves to do it?

So much of it comes back to our relationship to ourselves.
It comes back to our mindset, patterns and beliefs.
It comes back to internal blocks and unprocessed emotions.

Until our subconscious mind is working with us, health feels hard.
Until we love and respect ourselves and our body enough to do the things to help it thrive, we’ll lack consistency…
Until we’ve dealt with our emotional blocks, it’s difficult to experience the feeling of true health.

At the start of each week, you’ll gain access to training videos with potent lessons that you’ll be implementing and embodying for the week ahead. These trainings will dive deep into the inner work needed for you to heal your relationship with yourself, your body and food. They will transform the way that you look at yourself and the way you show up in the world.

Alongside the weekly training, there will be numerous activities to help you integrate what you’ve learnt. This program is about embodying the teachings, not just learning them. Therefore, these workbooks are packed with transformative exercises and journal prompts that will help you heal your relationship to yourself and step into your radiance.

These weekly calls will be a mixture of group coaching sessions and healing experiences. It’s an opportunity to go deep together, share with each other and ask any questions that will help support you on the journey. The group sizes are kept small so that I’m able to provide ample support to each one of you.

An opportunity to go deeper together, these 1:1 coaching calls will offer up personalised support and guidance. They give us the opportunity to take a look at your mindset and subconscious beliefs to ensure they’re working with you to support optimal health and happiness.

TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT’S IN STORE:


  • This week is all about coming home to our body and learning to live from our heart. This is the first step towards body love and the foundation that future content will build upon.

  • Building a relationship with our emotions is essential for embodied health, in this week we learn everything we need to know about emotions including how to release them from our body.

  • Regulating our nervous systems and shifting out of survival mode is absolutely essential for optimal health and happiness. In this module I share all of the knowledge and tools to support your nervous system for good.

  • Understanding our triggers and being able to move through them makes our life so much easier. This module also dives into anger and helps us release any stored anger we’ve been holding on to.

  • An essential part of healing your relationship to yourself is forgiving yourself. In this module we explore forgiveness techniques and release more of what we may have been holding on to.

  • Constantly judging yourself, your body and your choices? Or seem to find yourself judging others? In this week, we open the door to what’s at the root of judgement and shine love on these parts of ourselves we may be judging.

  • When we’re carrying shame around who we are or things we’ve done, we’re not allowing ourselves to show up as we true authentic selves. It’s time to release any shame or guilt we’re carrying and allow ourselves to be fully expressed and free.

  • We all have an inner child that is yearning for love. In this week we build a relationship with our inner child and identify their needs. Another important step in healing our relationship to ourselves.

  • This week we deepen into loving ourselves. We celebrate ourselves for who we are and become intentional about acting and making choices from a place of self love.

  • Part of learning to love our body is finding gratitude for all that it does for us. This week we focus specifically on loving our body and healing our relationship to it.

  • Part of becoming our most radiant selves is deepening our confidence in ourselves and feeling comfortable and confident in the skin we’re in. We continue deepening our confidence in this week’s module.

  • Our identity is at the root of all behaviour change, in this module I share identity shifting techniques to cement us in becoming our most radiant selves.

 
 
 

It’s time to stop putting yourself last. It’s time to stop waiting for ‘the right time’. It’s time to go all in on you… you deserve it.

At the end of this 12 weeks, you’ll walk away feeling more in love with yourself and your life.

When we love ourselves, we treat ourselves with love and respect. It becomes easier to do all of the healthy habits we know are good for us.

  • We eat nourishing food because we love ourselves. But we also don’t beat ourselves up when we don’t.

  • We move our body daily because we love ourselves and it helps us feel amazing.

  • We prioritise enough sleep because we love ourselves.

  • We stay hydrated with filtered water because we love ourselves.

  • We take time to relax and fill up our cups because we love ourselves

We nail the 5 core healthy habits, from a place of love.
Not trying to change ourselves or our body.

Because the truth is:

You are not broken
You do not need fixing
You’re perfect as you are

 Frequently Asked Questions

 
 
  • The next round of Radiance is kicking off in early 2024.

  • The live training call is between 30-60 minutes and the group coaching call is between 60-90 minutes per week.

    You will also need to set aside some time to work through the workbook, implement the action steps and embody the teachings. This will vary week to week but I recommend dedicating a minimum of 60 minutes per week.

    If you set aside between 3-5 hours per week, this will allow you to make the most of the program and really start integrating the lessons.

  • Yes, there is the option of a weekly or fortnightly payment plan. If you would like more information about these options, please reach out to me and I can organise that for you.
