I’ve developed a skill for educating people through easy to understand, scientifically backed writing.

I work with wellness brands to create blog posts and articles that educate their audience about all things health and nutrition. I’ve had articles featured on Body & Soul, Lifestyle.com.au, Baby Bunting, Mum’s Grapevine and other online publications. Being the resident Head of Nutrition for the online fitness program 28 by Sam Wood, I’ve also written countless in-program articles for the 28ers, helping them reach their health and weight loss goals.
