With the change of seasons, the way we eat varies based on the fresh seasonal produce we have available to us.

The warmer weather of spring has us transitioning from lots of cooked dishes, to more fresh salads, smoothies and lighter meals. I want to provide you with some insight and inspiration into what you can look forward to over the next 3 months of spring.

Spring: Meal Types

Some types of meals I enjoy during spring as the weather get’s warmer include:

  • Nourish Bowls

  • Salads

  • Stir Frys

  • Frittatas

  • Tacos & Mexican Bowls

  • Pasta Dishes or Pasta Salads

  • Fritters with Salad

Of course many of those cooked meals that we enjoy throughout the prior season of winter can still be enjoyed. It could be as simple as serving it with a fresh salad or adding some raw veg after cooking the other components.
