Orange & Ginger Bliss Balls

Makes 16
Ingredients:
8 Medjool dates
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup sesame seeds
2 oranges, zest and juice
1 tbsp grated ginger
¼ cup coconut oil
Method:
Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well combined and the mixture is sticky.
Roll around 1 tablespoon of batter into a ball at a time
Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
