Coconut, Mango & Lime Smoothie
Like tropical paradise in a glass, I love it when mango season comes around each year!
Coconut, Mango & Lime Smoothie
Vegan | Gluten Free
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup mango
1⁄2 lime, juice and zest
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp cashews
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz to combine.
Pour into a glass to serve.
* To make this nut free, just replace the cashews with sunflower seeds.
