Black Forest Smoothie

Combine the flavours of chocolate and cherries and you’re bound to have a winner! This smoothie is like enjoying dessert for breakfast, but it’s good for you!

Black Forest Smoothie

Gluten Free | Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cherries 

  • 1⁄4 cup Greek yoghurt 

  • 3⁄4 cup coconut milk 

  • 2 tbsp almonds

  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz to combine.

  2. Pour into a glass to serve.


Dietary Adjustments:

  • To make this nut free, simply swap almonds for sunflower seeds

  • For a vegan option, swap the greek yoghurt for coconut yoghurt and add a bit of protein powder.
