Hemp & Blueberry Yoghurt Bowl

One of the easiest breakfasts you can put together is a yoghurt bowl! In fact I think they may even be easier than smoothies, which is saying a lot.⁠ Here’s an example of one I love.

Hemp & Blueberry Yoghurt Bowl⁠

Gluten Free | Nut Free | Vegan Option*
Serves 1⁠


Ingredients⁠:

- 3/4 cup greek yoghurt⁠
- 1/2 cup blueberries⁠
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds⁠
- 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds⁠
- 1/2 tbsp linseed meal⁠


Method:⁠

  1. Add the yoghurt to a bowl and top with the blueberries, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds and linseed meal.⁠


It's that simple! You're also getting a ton of great nutrients from this bowl, including essential fats through the linseed meal and hemp seeds (hello omegas).⁠

*To make this vegan, simply use coconut yoghurt and stir a small amount of protein powder through the yoghurt (1/2-1tbsp). Or ditch the protein powder and add extra hemp seeds.⁠
