Hemp & Blueberry Yoghurt Bowl
One of the easiest breakfasts you can put together is a yoghurt bowl! In fact I think they may even be easier than smoothies, which is saying a lot. Here’s an example of one I love.
Hemp & Blueberry Yoghurt Bowl
Gluten Free | Nut Free | Vegan Option*
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tbsp linseed meal
Method:
Add the yoghurt to a bowl and top with the blueberries, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds and linseed meal.
It's that simple! You're also getting a ton of great nutrients from this bowl, including essential fats through the linseed meal and hemp seeds (hello omegas).
*To make this vegan, simply use coconut yoghurt and stir a small amount of protein powder through the yoghurt (1/2-1tbsp). Or ditch the protein powder and add extra hemp seeds.
