Gingerbread Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

Smoothie Bowl:

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup coconut chunks

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp cashew butter

  • 1/2 tbsp linseed meal

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings:

  • 1/4 cup granola

Method:

  1. Add all of the smoothie bowl ingredients to the blender and combine until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with the granola.

Enjoy this festive smoothie bowl, I can honestly say I’ll be having it on repeat!
