Gingerbread Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
Smoothie Bowl:
1 banana
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut chunks
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 tbsp cashew butter
1/2 tbsp linseed meal
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
1/4 cup granola
Method:
Add all of the smoothie bowl ingredients to the blender and combine until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with the granola.
Enjoy this festive smoothie bowl, I can honestly say I’ll be having it on repeat!
