Spiced Kale Chips

The perfect snack when you’re craving something salty and crunchy, what a great way to get in some veggies and enjoy the snacking sensation these kale chips provide.

Spiced Kale Chips

Gluten Free | Vegan

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups kale, roughly torn into small pieces

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp ground paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius, on a fan forced setting.

  2. In a bowl, add the kale, turmeric, paprika, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix to combine and coat the kale.

  3. Lay the kale chips on a lined baking tray and place in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until crispy and cooked to your liking.

  4. Remove from the oven and enjoy.

Such a simple but tasty recipe, this one can be made in no time and is perfect when you’re feeling like something crunchy and salty.
