Spiced Kale Chips

Ingredients
1.5 cups kale, roughly torn into small pieces
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Method
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius, on a fan forced setting.
In a bowl, add the kale, turmeric, paprika, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix to combine and coat the kale.
Lay the kale chips on a lined baking tray and place in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until crispy and cooked to your liking.
Remove from the oven and enjoy.
