Crystal Angwin has been a Self Love Embodiment Coach for 9 years. After a body building show where she lost 45kgs and realised that it didn't change how she felt about herself and her body she embarked on the self love journey finding love and freedom to be her unapologetic self at the heaviest she has ever been. She's now dedicated to sharing the tools that changed her life and help other women love themselves and their bodies no matter what!
