Zing Immune Tonic

A great tonic to boost your immunity and fight off a cold or flu, my Zing Immune Tonic packs a punch. With some of my favourite immune boosting foods, this tonic is surprisingly tasty and can be used to boost your immune system whenever it needs a bit of extra support.

Zing Immune Tonic

Serves 1 | Dairy Free

Ingredients:

·       1 cup of warm water

·       Juice of ½ a lemon

·       1 tsp of apple cider vinegar

·       1/2 tsp of raw honey (or manuka honey)

·       ½ tsp of ground turmeric

·       Dash of ground pepper

·       Dash of ground ginger

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients into a glass or mug and stir until the spices have dissolved and everything is mixed well* 

* This works well if you give it a blitz in a blender.
