Maple Ricotta & Raspberry Toast Topper


I’m a sucker for a sweet toast topper, but rather than always having peanut butter and banana I like to change it up with other combos. This one is filling and delicious - your breakfast is sorted.

Maple Ricotta & Raspberry Toast Topper

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 slices wholemeal sourdough bread

  • 2/3 cup ricotta cheese

  • 2/3 cup raspberries

  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup


Method

  1. Toast the sourdough and it lay it out on a plate.

  2. Divide the ricotta between the two slices and top with raspberries.

  3. Drizzle over the maple syrup and serve.
