Maple Ricotta & Raspberry Toast Topper
I’m a sucker for a sweet toast topper, but rather than always having peanut butter and banana I like to change it up with other combos. This one is filling and delicious - your breakfast is sorted.
Maple Ricotta & Raspberry Toast Topper
Serves 1
Ingredients
2 slices wholemeal sourdough bread
2/3 cup ricotta cheese
2/3 cup raspberries
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Method
Toast the sourdough and it lay it out on a plate.
Divide the ricotta between the two slices and top with raspberries.
Drizzle over the maple syrup and serve.
